Bellaliss provides deliveries across the United Kingdom, ensuring a transparent, safe, and efficient logistics process. This policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures related to our shipping and delivery services.


1. Delivery Coverage

Bellaliss delivers to all regions within the United Kingdom.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Delivery Times

The delivery timeframe consists of two stages:

  • Order Processing: once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Transit: delivery time after dispatch typically ranges from 4 to 12 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

The estimated total delivery time is between 6 and 17 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

During peak shopping periods (such as promotions or holidays) or under exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen delays), delivery times may be extended. Customers will be kept informed and supported throughout the process.


3. Shipping Costs

Bellaliss offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

The shipping cost is already included in the final product price, with no additional charges at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking code by email, which can be used to follow the delivery through the carrier’s website or platform provided.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and warehouse location. This will not incur any extra cost to the customer.


5. Delivery Attempts & Returns

Deliveries are made on business days, during standard working hours.

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to the recipient’s absence or incorrect address details, additional delivery attempts will be made in accordance with the carrier’s policy.

If an order is returned to Bellaliss due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.


6. Delivery Issues

If an order is lost during transit, the customer may choose between:

  • A free replacement order; or

  • A full refund of the amount paid.

If a product arrives with visible damage, the customer must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receipt, providing photos or videos as evidence of the issue.
